C. tw Abstract. Nowadays, the affective qualities elicited by the product design plays a crucial role in determining the likelihood of its success in today’s increasingly competitive marketplace. To resolve the trade-offs dilemma in multipleattribute optimization of affective user satisfaction, a decision-making support model based on the two-dimensional quality model, the extended Kano model, is presented in this study. The proposed model can assists designers in prioritizing actions and resource allocation to guide ideal product conception in different competitive situation.

Third, each waste must be visited exactly once, while the collectors can be visited arbitrarily times — an occurrence constraint. Finally, a cost constraint guards the sum of weights of used arcs does not exceed given limit (used for finding the path with the minimal weight). Naturally, the first three types of constraints can be described using a finite state automaton as they use a local information about state transitions; so the path can be modeled using a regular constraint. Clearly, the size of resulting automaton depends on the number of nodes and on robot’s capacity, therefore we decided for a combination of constraints that captures the above restrictions.

Referring to our model, enhancing the high performance of an attractive attribute is desirable. Thus, the strong attractive attribute ‘anticipated’ interface style could be further developed to effectively enhance overall satisfaction. The weak must-be qualities ‘lively’, ‘fun’ interface style and ‘complex’ should be improved to a certain level. In row 5, the average performance is assigned as the level to be reached for the must-be qualities. 5 Conclusion Considering the difference of user perception between subjective and physical quality attributes, an extended Kano model was proposed and verified in this study.
